Anies Baswedan Surprised That The Provincial Government's Residential Program Highlighted Only Houses DP Rp0: Even Though There Are Many

JAKARTA - DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan admitted that he was surprised by the public discussion regarding the DKI Provincial Government's residential provision program. During his tenure, according to him, only the Rp0 DP House program was highlighted.

"So far, what has been discussed outside of the Zero DP House, which seems to be the only Zero DP program. In fact, there are many programs," said Anies during Anies' Logo Launch and Inauguration of the Jakhabitat Residential Gallery in Taman Martha Tiahahu, Blok M. , South Jakarta, Tuesday, August 16.

Anies explained that there were a number of residential programs that he initiated during his tenure as DKI Governor. One of them is village planning based on a community action plan (CAP).

The CAP village arrangements that have been or are being implemented are in Kampung Bayam, Kampung Kunir, Kampung Bukir Duri, and Kampung Aquarium.

"The village structuring program, there are 226 RWs participating in the community action plan program, this is not a small number," said Anies.

In addition, Anies said that his party was continuing to build rental flats (Rusunawa) which had become the program of previous governors. In fact, he said that 33 Rusunawa towers were built during his tenure.

"This is arguably the record that has been built so far. 33 towers were built in the 2018-2022 period. Building 33 towers in 4 years is an extraordinary job. From there 7,419 units were built available to the public," he explained.

In this regard, today Anies launched a residential integration system called Jakhabitat. This program has a marketing gallery that includes an integrated marketing system.

The gallery, which is located in Taman Martha Tiahahu, contains information services regarding housing included in the DKI Provincial Government program through the DKI Jakarta Public Housing and Settlement Area Service and BUMD Perumda Sarana Jaya.
