JAKARTA - DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan launched a residential integration system called Jakhabitat. This program has a marketing gallery that includes an integrated marketing system.
This residential gallery, which is located in Taman Martha Tiahahu, South Jakarta, contains information services regarding housing included in the DKI Provincial Government program through the DKI Jakarta Public Housing and Settlement Area Service and BUMD Perumda Sarana Jaya.
In his remarks, Anies stated that the launch of this program was an effort by the DKI Provincial Government to fulfill the basic rights of citizens regarding quality housing.
“Today is one day before the independence anniversary. And that independence marks that we have the right to live in this country feeling free. One of the basic rights for the community is to be able to have decent, comfortable housing, which allows them to find happiness and prepares the next generation to live a better life," said Anies at the location, Tuesday, August 16.
Anies also launched an application called Sirukim which will be a source of information and access for residents to get decent housing.
Anies said, this application can make it easier for the people of Jakarta to obtain information on the availability of vacant residential units from Rusunawa and can directly apply for online registration.
"We are all aware that people need information and often have to find out here and there, to find information or participate in housing programs. With the Sirukim application, everyone can access anywhere, anytime. If people want to know more about housing access in Jakarta You can visit the residential gallery at Taman Martha Tiahahu," said Anies.
In the Jakhabitat program, Head of the Department of Public Housing and Settlement Areas (DPRKP), Sarjoko explained, his party is collaborating with various relevant stakeholders to provide housing and settlement services for low-income people (MBR) and non-MBR communities who have difficulty accessing commercial housing.
“For the MBR community, there are services for providing simple rental flats (Rusunawa), housing financing facilities/zero DP, financing facilities for housing for development actors, as well as programs for improving the quality of settlements through community action plan (CAP) activities, collaborative implementation programs ( CIP), and the provision of flats," explained Sarjoko.
"Meanwhile, for non-MBR people who have difficulty accessing commercial housing, services are available to provide affordable housing in the TOD (transit-oriented development) area," he continued.
