Detachment 88 Detachment 2 Terrorist Network Anshor Daulah In Jambi

JAKARTA - Anti-terror Detachment 88 arrested two terrorism suspects in the Muarojambi area, Jambi. Both are called terrorists of the Anshor Daulah (AD) network.

"Yes, it is true that two were arrested," said Head of the Banops Detachment 88 Anti-terror Police Commissioner Aswin Siregar to VOI, Tuesday, August 16.

However, the identities of the two terrorist suspects have not been detailed, including their roles. So far, only the two terrorists are JAD network members.

The reason, the process of deepening is still being done. Investigators are still digging up their information about the network and so on.

"These two are affiliated with Anshor Daulah," said Aswin.

For information, Densus 88 arrested 13 terrorists in the Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam (NAD) region. They are part of the Jamaah Islamiyah (JI) and Jamaah Anshorut Daulah (JAD) networks.

The arrests of dozens of terrorists took place on July 22.

For the JI group, 11 people were arrested. They had the initials ES, RU, DN, JU, SY, MF, RS, FE, SU, AKH, and MH. They also have different roles in the group.

As for the JAD group, two people were arrested. Both have the initials RI and MA.
