Lawyer For The Family Of Brigadier J: So Far, What Has Been Narrated Has Been Clearly Refuted, There Is No Evidence Of Abuse Of The Wife Of Inspector General Ferdy Sambo

JAMBI - The attorney for the family of the late Brigadier Nofriansyah Yosua Hutabarat or Brigadier J, Ramos Hutabarat and Ferdi Kesek said that the decision by the National Police Headquarters investigators to stop the harassment case reported by Putri Candrawati, wife of Inspector General Ferdy Sambo, was a very appropriate step. Lawyers appreciate the Police in uncovering the murder case of Brigadier J.

"So far, what has been narrated by Karo Penmas at the National Police Headquarters has been clearly refuted, because initially it was said that the location of the harassment was in Duren Tiga and there were no witnesses or evidence," said Ramos Hutabarat, in Jambi, as reported by ANTARA, Saturday, August 13.

Previously, the Public Relations Division of the National Police Headquarters stated that in a press conference after the examination of the suspect, Inspector General Ferdy Sambo at the Mobile Brigade Headquarters, Kelapa Dua, he stated that the reported case of harassment of Putri Candrawathi was only a scenario.

Meanwhile, Inspector General Ferdy Sambo during the examination stated that Putri's report about the incident in Magelang which was considered to have injured the dignity of the family was the trigger for the premeditated murder of Brigadier J.

"The lies that make this case clearer and the steps taken by the investigators at the National Police Headquarters are very appropriate, by stopping cases of reports of abuse that are not proven," said Ramos Hutabarat.

Meanwhile, the father of the late Brigadier H, Samuel Hutabarat in a separate place also said that all of the allegations against his son had been refuted.

"Everything has been proven that there is no criminal element in the case that my son is accused of and there is no other evidence, so that the Dittipidum has officially announced that everything is closed," said Samuel.

Regarding efforts to clear the good name of his son and family, Samuel said that his party needed to first coordinate with the legal team in Jakarta with the legal team of the Hutabarat clan to make a decision.
