JAKARTA - After becoming a suspect allegedly behind the murder of Brigadier Yosua Hutabarat or Brigadier J, Inspector General Ferdy Sambo wrote an open letter. The former Head of the National Police Propam Division apologized for his mistake.

"Allow me as a human being who cannot be separated from mistakes, sincerely apologize and apologize profusely, especially to my colleagues from the National Police and the family and the wider community who were affected by my actions that provided incorrect information and sparked a polemic in the vortex of the Duren Tiga case. happened to me and my family,” said Inspector General Fery Sambo in an open letter sent through his attorney, Arman Hanis, at his private house located on Jalan Saguling III, South Jakarta, Thursday, August 11.

Maintaining the dignity and honor of the family was reiterated by Ferdy Sambo. As the head of the family, this matter is emphasized as the main thing.

"I am the head of the family and it is purely my intention to maintain and protect the dignity and honor of the family that I love very much," he said.

An apology was also conveyed by Inspector General Ferdy Sambo to the Indonesian National Police.

"Mr. I highly respect the National Police Chief, I apologize and in particular to Polri colleagues who were directly affected by this case, I apologize, once again I apologize for the various interpretations and delivery of information that is dishonest and injures public trust in the Polri institution. ,” said Ferdy Sambo in an open letter sent through a lawyer.

It was previously reported that the special team (timsus) of the National Police had finished investigating Inspector General Ferdy Sambo as a suspect in the murder case. During the seven hours of questioning, Inspector General Sambo admitted that he was desperate to plan a murder because his family's emotions and dignity were hurt.

"The investigation has been carried out since 11.00 WIB in the afternoon and finished at 18.00 earlier," said Director of General Crimes at the National Police Criminal Investigation Agency Brigadier General Andi Rian Djajadi to reporters, Thursday, August 11.

"That in his statement the suspect FS said that he became angry and emotional after receiving a report from his wife PC who had experienced actions that hurt the dignity of the family," he continued.

However, the form of Brigadier J's actions which were considered to have injured the dignity of Inspector General Ferdy Sambo was not described in detail.

From the results of the investigation, Andi only emphasized that Sambo stated that Brigadier J's action was carried out in Magelang.
