Allegations Appear Behind Brigadier J's Murder: Lawyer Says Joshua Suspected Of Keeping Secrets About Women And Illegal Business Inspector General Ferdy Sambo

JAKARTA - The attorney for the family of Brigadier Yosua Hutabarat or Brigadier J, Kamaruddin Simanjuntak, claims to know the motive behind the premeditated murder case with the suspect Inspector General Ferdy Sambo. Even though the police have yet to make it public.

According to him, the motive for the murder was because Brigadier J kept the secret of Inspector General Ferdy Sambo. Called lawyer Brigadier J, there are two secrets, namely about women and illegal business.

"It is allegation of adultery and/or related to women," said Kamaruddin to VOI, Thursday, August 11.

The secret regarding the alleged adultery, said Kamaruddin, had been conveyed to Putri Chandrawathi, wife of Ferdy Sambo. The lawyer called the origin of the matter causing a commotion between Putri and Ferdy Sambo.

"It is suspected that the deceased told the mother (Princess, ed) because this daughter's mother is considered like her mother, right," he said.

As for the secret regarding the alleged illicit business, Kamaruddin said from the information he got, the two-star general was involved in illicit businesses such as gambling.

With that motive, Inspector General Ferdy Sambo was called a lawyer suspected of killing Brigadier J by involving Bharada RE, Bripka RR, and Strong Maruf.

"There is a business, there is a management of illicit goods, alcohol, gambling and so on. Indeed, I have that information," said Kamaruddin

In the case of Brigadier J's murder, the special team (timsus) of the National Police named four suspects namely Inspector General Ferdy Sambo, Bharada Richard Eliezer or Bharada EE, Bripka Ricky or Bharada RR, and Strong Maruf (KM).

In this case, all suspects are suspected of Article 340 subsidiary 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Articles 55 and 56 of the Criminal Code.

In addition, there were 31 Polri personnel who were declared to have violated the code of ethics in handling the case of Brigadier J's murder. In fact, 11 of them were placed in a special room.
