NTT - The deviant or deviant beliefs in East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) will be dealt with immediately. Officials in NTT made a number of efforts to highlight the presence or absence of such a possibility in their territory.

For this reason, a joint coordination meeting between the Supervisory Team for Beliefs and Religions (Pakem) and the NTT High Prosecutor's Office was held at Hutama Wisnu in Kupang, today, Wednesday 10 August.

The head of the NTT Prosecutor's Office, Hutama Wisnu, said the meeting was aimed at monitoring and early detection of religious sects as well as indications of causing unrest in the community.

"This activity is related to rules, faith. All of these are our brothers. As long as it doesn't deviate from the flow of religious principles, of course we will do it for coaching. So that we can return to society, we can return to the rules of religion," said Hutama, quoted by Antara. .

He said, if there is a deviation, where there is an act of blasphemy, then law enforcement will be carried out.

"Everything comes from the community, there are people who participate or do not understand deeply about religion, so that they are carried away by a belief system that may deviate or be misguided in society," said Hutama.

He said, as long as the belief systems are not contradictory, they will be invited and fostered to return to their respective religions.

"Returning to the rules of their respective religions. The actions taken are only coaching," said the former deputy head of the Riau Islands Province High Prosecutor's Office.

He hopes that the cooperation of all communities in this island-based province is very important so that if they know of any activities of deviant or deviant beliefs, they should immediately provide information to local law enforcement officials.
