In Addition To Instructing To Shoot Brigadier J, The National Police Will Investigate The Orders Of Inspector General Ferdy Sambo To 31 Members Of The Code Of Ethics Violators

JAKARTA - Inspector General Ferdy Sambo is said to have given the order behind the premeditated murder of Brigadier J. The National Police's special inspectorate (Irsus) is currently investigating the extent of the order, including 31 members who violated the code of ethics.

Originally, Sambo made the scenario that Brigadier J died in a shootout with Bharada E. In fact, the scenario was conveyed to the public through the South Jakarta Metro Police.

"The orders for 31 people and those who are designated as investigators will be investigated by Irsus," said Head of the Public Relations Division of the National Police Inspector General Dedi Prasetyo when confirmed, Wednesday, August 10.

Then, Irsus will examine the members of the Police one by one. Thus, it is known what orders Ferdy Sambo gave.

That way, new facts will be revealed and make this premeditated murder case clearer.

In addition, it is possible that new suspects will emerge. Because, at that point the role of each will be known.

"Irus will explore the extent of FS' orders to individuals and their roles," said Dedi.

In this case, there are four people who have become suspects. Besides Inspector General Ferdy Sambo, there was Bharada E, Bripka RR, and KM alias Kuwat Maruf.

All of them, except for Bharada E, were charged with Article 340 subsidiary 388 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Articles 55 and 56 of the Criminal Code.

Then, there were 31 Polri personnel who were declared to have violated the code of ethics in handling the case of Brigadier J's murder. In fact, 11 of them were placed in a special room.
