LPSK Visits Bareskrim, Coordination Of Justice Collaborator Bharada E Suspect In The Murder Of Brigadier J

JAKARTA - The Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK) team came to the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police. LPSK will coordinate the submission of an application to become a justice collaborator (JC) from Bharada Richard Eliezer Pudihang Lumiu Bharada E.

According to VOI monitoring, the LPSK team arrived at the National Police Criminal Investigation Unit at 12.35 WIB. The officials who attended the institution included Edwin Partogi and Achmadi, who was the deputy chairman.

Achmadi, who is also a retired National Police officer, gave a few statements. He said he would first coordinate with the investigators from the special team (timsus) formed by the National Police Chief, General Listyo Sigit Prabowo.

"Later, we still want to meet. We want to coordinate first," said Achmadi to reporters, Tuesday, August 9.

After giving a statement, the LPSK team immediately entered the Police Criminal Investigation Unit building.

Meanwhile, Bharada E had applied for protection to the LPSK behind the murder case of Brigadier J.

In the case of Brigadier J's murder, the National Police team has named two suspects, namely Bharada Richard Eliezir Pudihang Lumiu or Bharada E and Brigadier Ricky Rizal.

Bharada E is suspected of under Article 338 in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) of the 1st Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 56 of the Criminal Code. Meanwhile, Brigadier Ricky Rizal was charged with Article 340 subsidiary Article 338 in conjunction with Article 55 and Article 56 of the Criminal Code.

In addition, the Chief of Police has also taken decisive steps. The Special Inspectorate Team (irsus) formed has examined 25 Polri personnel regarding allegations of unprofessionalism in handling the case of Brigadier J's death that occurred at Inspector General Fedy Sambo's halfway house.

Of the dozens of personnel, three of them are one-star generals. Then, four of them have also been sent to a special place (patsus).

In fact, Inspector General Ferdy Sambo was also secured to the Mobile Brigade Headquarters Kelapa Dua, Depok. He was indicated to be involved in a series of cases involving the murder of Brigadier J.
