Houses And Apartments Owned By Ex-BPN Officials In Surabaya Are Auctioned By KPK, Some Of The Prices Reach IDR 5.2 Billion

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is auctioning a house and apartment belonging to former National Land Agency (BPN) official Siswidodo. All of these assets are located in the Surabaya area.

"KPK together and through the Surabaya State Property and Auction Service Office (KPKNL) will conduct a public auction of the execution of the booty by bidding in private without the presence of the auction participants," said Acting KPK Spokesperson for Enforcement Sector Ali Fikri to reporters, Tuesday, August 9. .

This auction was conducted based on the decision of the Surabaya Corruption Court which has permanent legal force. There are four houses and one apartment belonging to Siswidodo who is now a convict.

Siswidodo, who previously served as Head of Land Rights and Land Registration at the West Kalimantan BPN Regional Office, was suspected of corruption and money laundering together with the Head of the West Kalimantan BPN Regional Office, Gusmin Tuarita.

He was sentenced to four years in prison. This verdict was handed down on December 24, 2021.

1. Land and buildings on it, having the address at Jl. Gayungan VIII/14 Gayungan, Surabaya with SHM Number. 1164/Gayungan with an area of 282 M2 under the name of ARI PURWANINGSIH (Proof of original ownership) with a limit price of Rp.4,893,708,000 and a security deposit of Rp.1,000,000,000.

2. Land and the buildings on it, having its address at Jl. The Klampis Asri Selatan Galaxy II Block L-3 No.23.A, Bumi Permai Galaxy Complex, Ex/Village. MEDOKAN SEMAMPIR, Kec. Sukolilo, Surabaya II; with an area of 257 M2 under the name of ARI PURWANINGSIH (Proof of Original Ownership) with a limit price of Rp.4,050,986,000 and a security deposit of Rp.900,000,000.

3. Land and the buildings on it, having its address at Jl. Gem I C-3 Number 375, Kel/Village. Kejawan Putih Tambak, Kec. Mulyorejo, Surabaya II with SHM number M.870/Kejawan Putih Tambak; with a land area of 197 M2 under the name of ARI PURWANINGSIH (Proof of Original Ownership) with a limit price of Rp. 3,408,320,000 and a security deposit of Rp. 700,000,000.

4. The land and the buildings on it having the address at the Kel/Village. MENUR PUMPUNGAN, Kec. SUKOLILO, Surabaya II; with SHM Number 2787/Menur Pumpungan; with an area: 288 m2; in the name of Nibras Qonitahsari Widodo (Proof of Original Ownership) with a limit price of Rp5,252,472,000 and a security deposit of Rp1,100,000,000.
