The National Police Suspect That Inspector General Ferdy Sambo Was Involved In The Destruction And Disappearance Of CCTV In The Case Of Brigadier J

JAKARTA - Inspector General Ferdy Sambo was placed in a special place at the Mobile Brigade Command Headquarters. The former Head of the Propam Division is suspected of being unprofessional in handling the case of Brigadier J's murder, such as destroying or eliminating CCTV.

"I mentioned earlier that during the TKP, as the head of the Indonesian National Police said that CCTV was taken and so on," said Head of the Public Relations Division of the National Police Inspector General Dedi Prasetyo to reporters, Saturday, August 6.

The decision behind Inspector General Ferdy Sambo was declared unprofessional based on the results of the investigation by the Special Inspectorate (Irsus) of the National Police. At least 10 witnesses have been questioned.

"Irsus determined that Inspector General FS was suspected of committing a violation related to the problem of unprofessionalism in processing the crime scene, therefore tonight the person concerned was immediately placed in a special place at the Mobile Brigade Command Headquarters," said Dedi.

Inspector General Ferdy Sambo has been examined four times in the case of the murder of Brigadier J.

The last questioning took place at the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police on Thursday, August 4.

At that time, the inspection process lasted about seven hours. He started giving information at around 10.00 WIB and finished at 17.13 WIB.

After the investigation was over, Sambo, his nickname, stated that he had given everything he knew to the team formed by the National Police Chief, General Listyo Sigit Prabowo.

"Today, I will provide information on what I know and have witnessed that happened at my official residence in Duren Tiga," said Sambo.
