The Driver Of The RFH Plate Car Who Collided With The Traffic Police On The Pancoran Toll Road Became A Suspect

JAKARTA - The police have named the driver of the RFH plate car that crashed into Brigadier DS on the Pancoran Toll Road as a suspect. The determination is based on evidence and the results of the case.

"He has been named a suspect," said Acting Head of Sub-Directorate of Gakkum Ditlantas Polda Metro Jaya Kompol Edy Purwanto when confirmed, Saturday, August 6.

In the case, the driver of the car is believed to have violated Article 311 Paragraph 3 of the LLAJ Law.

That article contains actions that result in traffic accidents with minor injuries and damage to vehicles and/or goods as referred to in Article 229 paragraph (3). Perpetrators are sentenced to a maximum imprisonment of 4 (four) years or a maximum fine of Rp. 8,000. 0000.00 (eight million rupiah).

"The person concerned is suspected of violating Article 311 Paragraph (3) of the LLAJ Law," said Edy.

For information, Brigadier DS was hit by a car driver with an RFH plate on the Pancoran Toll Road, South Jakarta, on Friday, August 5.

As a result of the incident, First Brigadier DS suffered injuries to his legs and chest. He was immediately taken to the nearest clinic.

The incident began when members of the Traffic Traffic Unit saw a car with an RFH plate driving on the highway while turning on a strobe light.

Then, even then the car tried to stop. However, the driver stepped on the gas and hit the Brigadier DS. Then, he immediately fled to North Jakarta to Bekasi.

Until finally, the driver was successfully secured at the Bintara Toll Road, Bekasi.
