He explained that Pertamina is trying to buy subsidized fuel in the near future at gas stations in Sorong city using a bar code system.
The system aims to ensure that the distribution of subsidized fuel is right on target, limiting repeated fillings.
According to him, this system Pertamina records the number of customers and vehicles through the website and then verifies whether they are eligible to receive subsidized fuel.
"After being declared eligible, the customer is given a barcode to fill up subsidized fuel at gas stations. With this system, subsidized fuel is distributed according to its designation and reduces the subsidized fuel mafia," said Edi.
