"(The investigation, ed) we will stop," Auliansyah told reporters, Thursday, August 4.

The Head of Public Relations of the Polda Metro Jaya Kombes E. Zulpan added that even this termination of the investigation was based on the results of witness statements that had been collected. Then a case is held.

"The results of the examination, so far, there is no criminal element in it," said Zulpan.

Furthermore, Zulpan said that from a series of investigations it was found that the president's social assistance package was not stockpiled by the JNE expedition. Instead, the rice was damaged and destroyed by burial.

"Then the rice planted is damaged rice. Why is it planted? This is JNE's mechanism in destroying damaged goods," said Zulpan.

The presidential social assistance package was found in the Kampung Serab area, Sukmajaya, Depok, West Java, on Sunday, July 31

The discovery of the presidential social assistance items for residents affected by COVID-19 buried in the ground was revealed after the heir of the land owner, Rudi Samin, carried out excavations using heavy equipment and was being handled by the Depok Police.

Based on the results of the examination of the JNE, the shipping company admitted that the rice found buried in the land was his act. The reason is that the rice has been damaged by the rain.

At least, the amount of rice found was 289 sacks or weighing 3,675 kilograms
