He said the incident occurred when the Purwokerto Station security officer received information from the Train Travel Management (PPKA) officer that the woman with the initials INA was boarding at 15.45 WIB and it was known that she had just received the second dose of vaccine.

According to him, the woman had not been able to administer the third dose of vaccine due to allergies, so the station security officer directed her to undergo an antigen test.

"But the woman was not willing to carry out the antigen, so she was directed to Customer Service. After receiving an explanation from the Customer Service officer, the woman was angry and at 15.48 WIB she ran through the boarding and got on the Purwojaya train series," he said. .

Regarding the incident, Ayep said that the Purwokerto train, which was supposed to depart from Purwokerto Station at 16.02 WIB, could not depart because the female passenger was not willing to get off the train.

After the security officers together with the Head of the Purwokerto Besar Station and the Purwojaya train crew explained the requirements for taking trains in the Purwojaya train series, he said, the woman was finally willing to get off the train series and was directed to undergo an antigen test.

Next, the woman continued her journey to Jakarta by KA Senja Utama Solo from Purwokerto-Gambir.

"As a result of this incident, the Purwojaya KA Purwokerto-Gambir connection was only able to depart at 16.18 WIB or experienced a delay of 16 minutes," said Ayep.

He ensured that PT KAI Daop 5 Purwokerto consistently applied travel rules according to the Circular Letter of the Minister of Transportation Number 72 of 2022 in which long-distance train customers who have not received the third dose of vaccination (booster) must show a negative result of the PCR test or antigen test which is still valid at the time of boarding. , and the policy takes effect from the departure of July 17, 2022.

Meanwhile, in the 1 minute 27 second video recording uploaded on TikTok by the @soulendire account, two security officers are seen trying to persuade the female passenger to be willing to undergo an antigen test.

However, the woman was still not willing to go down and felt wronged. Even when another passenger suggested that the woman follow the officer's request so that the train journey would not be late, the person concerned even admitted that she was also waiting for her husband.
