JAKARTA - Komnas HAM denies any conclusions regarding Brigadier Nofriansyah Yoshua Hutabarat or Brigadier J being killed on the road from Magelang, Central Java (Central Java) to Jakarta, laughing.

Komnas HAM Commissioner Choirul Anam explained that there was a moment of laughter by the aides before the death of Brigadier J. Anam said, this moment was a forum for aides or aid de camp (ADC) who were still laughing before the incident, not during the shootout or after.

Komnas HAM, continued Anam, has not concluded that there was a murder in the incident.

"Yesterday there was a forum that was laughing, so we explained by examining the ADC-ADC (aide de camp), what we mean by laughing forum," said Anam at the Komnas HAM office, Wednesday, July 27.

According to Anam, there were reports that misinterpreted what he said. Until news emerged that Komnas HAM said that Brigadier J was killed on the road between Magelang and Jakarta while laughing.

"We never said Brigadier J was killed on the street, never. Check everything, we never said that. Moreover, it continues to be linked with being killed on the street laughing. We never said that," said Anam.

"What is there is a laughing forum, it's an inter-ADC forum before death. It's located in Jakarta where they chat casually and laugh. Who's laughing? Including J. Magelang and Jakarta are already wrong," he added.

Previously, the whereabouts of the car brought by Brigadier Nopryansah Yoshua Hutabarat or Brigadier J from Magelang to Jakarta were questioned by family lawyer Brigadier J. The car was considered very important to show.

Brigadier J's family lawyer, Johnson Panjaitan, believes that there was abuse in the case of Brigadier J's death. He believes that the alleged abuse was not carried out at Inspector General Ferdy Sambo's official residence in Duren Tiga, South Jakarta.

Johnson then spoke about the alleged murder of Brigadier J in Magelang. According to him, the car that was brought at that time was also an important thing to uncover this murder case.
