Minister Hadi's Message To BPN Employees: If It's Working Well, I'll Install A Body!

JAKARTA - Minister of Agrarian and Spatial Planning/Head of National Land Agency (ATR/BPN), Hadi Tjahjanto, sent a serious message to all employees. If he has worked optimally and has been criminalized, it will be Hadi who will step up to defend his subordinates.

Hadi Tjahjanto advised, to work as best as possible with the orientation of community satisfaction. Residents should feel that taking care of the certificate is fast.

"So, people no longer feel that it is difficult for them to take care of certificates", said Hadi Tjahjanto at the 2022 ATR/BPN Ministry's National Working Meeting Press Conference as quoted from the ministry's website, Wednesday 27 July.

The Minister of ATR/BPN also warned all ranks not to make illegal levies (extortion) on people who take care of certificates.

"I say, if any of you are legally proven to have committed extortion, then there is no mercy, I will process and fire you", he said.

Even though he will act decisively during his tenure, Hadi Tjahjanto asked all ranks not to be afraid or worried about serving the community. In fact, if other parties try to criminalize BPN members, the Minister of ATR/BPN will defend and protect them.

"If there are Kakanwil and Kakantah officials who have carried out their duties according to procedures and carried out as well as possible, but Kakantah, Kakanwil, or employees are criminalized, I will install a body to defend them", said the Minister of ATR/BPN.

The Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) held the 2022 National Working Meeting (Rakernas) to strengthen synergy and innovation in land and spatial planning services. In addition, the National Working Meeting is also intended to unify the vision and mission to carry out the three instructions of the President of the Republic of Indonesia to the ranks of the Ministry of ATR/BPN.
