JAKARTA - The Ministry of Communication and Information Technology has given an additional five days for electronic system operators (PSE) who have not registered to immediately follow the rules. "For those who do not register by the deadline, we send a warning letter to complete it immediately. " said the Director General of Informatics Applications, Kominfo, Semuel Abrijani Pangerapan, in an online press conference, Thursday, July 21. Kominfo has given until July 20, or yesterday, for PSE to register for the Online Single Submission (OSS). If you have not registered by the time limit, Kominfo will gradually impose sanctions. The first sanction is in the form of a written warning, which according to Kominfo is currently being carried out. PSEs who receive a warning are asked to register within the five-day limit. If after five days they still haven't registered, Kominfo will start the blocking process. The government is still being discussed between ministries. Kominfo stated that PSE whose services are blocked can apply for normalization by completing all the provisions requested by the government. Meanwhile, for PSEs who are having problems registering until July 20, they are given the opportunity to register manually with the ministry.

The Ministry will provide a manual registration form by e-mail to the PSE. After submitting the completed form, PSE must proceed to online registration.

"We have distributed the form to them," said Semuel. Regarding verification to ensure the validity of the registration data, according to Semuel, this rule is post-audit, i.e. the ministry gives trust to PSE to provide real data. In the registration form, PSE also asked to state that the data is correct. After registration, the Kominfo team will validate. If the data found in the field is different from what was given, the ministry will impose sanctions on the PSE.
