JAKARTA - The DKI Provincial Government opens opportunities for 3,000 Holywings employees who have lost their jobs to join the job training program.

"We must be very open to them. As long as they have a DKI ID card, we will certainly serve it," said the Head of the Jakarta Manpower, Transmigration and Energy Agency (Nakertransgi), Andry Yansyah, Thursday, July 21.

Currently, there are 29 branches of job training for residents who want to become professionals and entrepreneurs.

"We have prepared 29 trainings. There is a salon, there is cooking, there is contemporary food, there is a barista," said Andri Yansyah.

The 29 branches of expertise are held in each Sub-Department of Nakertransgi and Regional Job Training Centers (PPKD). Residents who want to register can go directly to the sub-department in each sub-district and village in each region.

Workers can also choose the job training branch through several information channels, one of which is through the Jaknaker.id website

Even though he had opened the opportunity, Andry Yansyah admitted that he had not received a complaint regarding the continuation of the former Holywings employee.

"Until now there have been no complaints either reported by the directors or employees," he explained.

Previously, on Tuesday (28/6) DKI Jakarta Satpol PP closed 12 Holywings outlets simultaneously in Jakarta on the basis of revocation of the Business Identification Number (NIB).

The closure was at the request of the DKI Jakarta Investment and One Stop Service (DPMPTSP) on the recommendation of the DKI Tourism and Creative Economy Office and the DKI Jakarta Cooperative and SME Industry Trade Office.

Based on the results of the research and examination of documents and field monitoring, DKI Jakarta joint officers found that Holywings had not yet obtained a verified standard certificate for the type of bar business.

In addition, officers found activities that were not in accordance with the permits they had because they featured entertainment activities such as music concerts, disc jockey performances both at home and abroad accompanied by discos.

Not only that, Holywings only has a Retailer's Certificate (SKP) for alcoholic beverages.

If you only have SKP, then the sale is only allowed to be taken home and not to be drunk on the spot.

Meanwhile, Holywings provides drinks in places that legally should have a Direct Seller Certificate (SKPL) class B and C.

The team found that seven outlets had SKP, and five other outlets did not have the letter.

Holywings shareholder Hotman Paris is still handling the fate of 3,000 Holywings employees who are now unable to work after the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government closed the place of business simultaneously.

"We can't talk about the losses yet. What is clear is that we have 3,000 employees," said Hotman Paris.

The status of 3,000 employees of Holywings and 42 other outlets is a heavy burden because the business is still closed and the impact of the pandemic some time ago.

A total of 42 outlets have different owners and investors. Therefore, the promotion case carried out by Holywings BSD is not related to all outlets.
