JAKARTA - Police have received new evidence behind the bloody incident that killed Nopryansah Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J. The evidence is in the form of CCTV footage.

"Some of the new evidence is CCTV," said the Director of General Crimes at the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police, Brigadier General Andi Rian, to reporters, Wednesday, July 20.

Currently, the CCTV camera footage is being investigated at the Forensic Laboratory (Labfor). This is because the evidence was obtained from different sources.

An investigation was also carried out to obtain a 'straight line' in the series of deaths of Brigadier J. Thus, all the facts behind this case will be revealed.

"Investigators have obtained from several sources, there are several things that must be synchronized, time calibrated," he said.

"Sometimes there are three CCTVs there, at the same point but at different times," continued Andi Rian.

Later, when the deepening process is complete, all the results obtained by the team will be submitted. This is also intended by the Police so that the information provided can be accounted for.

"Well, of course, this must go through a process that is guaranteed legality. So it's not based on what investigators want, but based on data rather than CCTV itself," said Dedi.

Brigadier J alias Nopryansah Yosua Hutabara was killed when he was involved in a shootout by Bharada E, on Friday, July 8.

The shooting was said to have taken place at the shelter house of the Head of the Propam Police, Inspector General Ferdy Sambo, in the Duren Tiga area, South Jakarta.
