JAKARTA - A number of SCBD teenagers (Sudirman, Citayem, Bojong, Depok) fell asleep on the pedestrian bridge across from Sudirman Station and BNO City MRT Station, Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta, Monday, July 18, yesterday.

The phenomenon was recorded by amateur cameras and uploaded to social media Instagram. The video uploaded has gone viral on social media. Various slanted criticisms from netizens pinned to the teenager.

The boys and girls fell asleep in public facilities, so they tended to interfere with the activities of passers-by.

It is suspected that the sleeping teenagers had watched Citayem Fashion Week (CFW) in the Dukuh Atas area, Central Jakarta.

Responding to the viral video, Head of Central Jakarta PP, Tumbur Parluhutan Purba said that his party had followed up on the video on Instagram.

"There is also Satpol PP on Instagram, indeed, it is suspected that the incident occurred after 2 am. Because we arrived at 12 pm there in the location area. Maybe they didn't get a train or something, but that's what I said at the dawn activity That's it, sir, so we will still carry out a sweep later. Before 12 pm we will finish," said Tumbur to reporters, Tuesday, July 19.

However, the Satpol PP still suspects that the teenagers are sleeping because they missed the train or were late for the train.

"But what is certain is that they are not allowed to do that. We will comb through it later," he said.

Previously reported, Central Jakarta Metro Police Chief Kombes Komarudin firmly asked SCBD teenagers (Sudirman, Citayam, Bojong, Depok) who held the Fashion Show in Upper Hamlet not to disturb public order.

"We ask the youths in the Dukuh Atas area not to disturb public order and create disturbances to other communities," said Kombes Komarudin when contacted, Tuesday, July 19.

Kombes Komarudin reminded teenagers not to block road users passing through the area. If the teenagers block road users and motorists, it is a disturbance in public order.
