JAKARTA - The family of Brigadier J alias Nopryansah Yosua Hutabarat is reluctant to have a polemic regarding Inspector General Ferdy Sambo, who was dismissed from his position as Head of the Propam Division. The reason, the most important thing in this problem is the disclosure of the killer figure.

"What is important for us and the family is to evaluate weapons and focus on legal events, namely murder," said Brigadier J's family attorney, Johnson Pandjaitan, when confirmed, Tuesday, July 19.

According to him, the steps taken by the National Police Chief, General Listyo Sigit Prabowo, while removing Inspector General Fery Sambo were still not enough. He urged the South Jakarta Metro Police Chief Kombes Budhi Herdi Susianto and Karo Paminal Brigadier General Hendra Kurniawan to also be deactivated.

"For us it is not enough that the same action should also be taken against the Police Chief and Karo Paminal as soon as possible for the sake of fearness (justice, ed), smooth and open handling of this case," he said.

The push for his removal was because the family considered that there were many oddities in the handling of this case. Including, the process of processing the crime scene (TKP) and the chronology that has now been submitted.

"Especially the crime scene, which looks like a big problem," said Johnson.

In this case, the National Police Chief has taken firm steps by temporarily disabling Inspector General Ferdy Sambo as the Head of the Propam Division.

The reason for his dismissal is so that the handling of the case of the death of Brigadier J alias Nopryansah Yosua Hutabarat can be objective.

In addition, the removal of this two-star general is so that the series of investigations and investigations that are currently underway can run well.
