Rizieq Shihab Returns, PKS: The State Must Protect

JAKARTA - Member of Commission I DPR-RI from the PKS faction, Jazuli Juwaini, asked the Indonesian government not to argue about Rizieq Shihab's planned return. Jusrtu the government is obliged to protect him as a citizen.

"As an independent citizen it is his right to return to Indonesia. On the other hand, the government is obliged to protect the rights of every citizen whether requested or not, according to the mandate of the constitution and laws and regulations," said Jazuli in his statement, Sunday, November 8.

Jazuli also advised other parties not to give negative comments. Because, it will only worsen the atmosphere.

If you really want to comment, it's better with a positive element. So, it does not provoke the anger of any party so that the political situation becomes conducive.

"We welcome him back to his homeland. Sambari we wait for his constructive work for the people, for the people, and for the nation upon his return to his homeland," said Jazuli.

HRS (Habib Rizieq Shihab) announced that he would soon return to Indonesia on November 9, 2020 using a flight at 19.30 Saudi Arabia time.

HRS and their family plan to return to Indonesia using an airplane with flight number SV-816 and arrive on Tuesday, November 10, 2020 at Terminal 3 of Soekarno-Hatta Airport at 09.00 WIB.
