Tomorrow Monday, 389 Pilgrims Of Tangerang Regency Arrive In Indonesia

TANGERANG - A total of 389 pilgrims who are members of the 05-JKG Flying Group (Kloter) from Tangerang Regency, Banten, returned to the country via Soekarno-Hatta Airport, Monday, July 18 at around 19.45 WIB.

"For the JKG-05 group from Tangerang Regency with a full congregation of 389 people plus four companions, a total of 393 people will arrive in the country on Monday night," said Head of the Tangerang Regency Ministry of Religion (Kemenag) Office, Ade Baijuri, as reported by ANTARA, Sunday, July 17th.

He said that of the hundreds of pilgrims who had completed the series of pilgrimages in the Holy Land of Mecca and Medina, Saudi Arabia was first delivered to the Pondok Gede Debarkation to undergo a series of administrative checks and health checks by officers.

"After arriving at the airport, they will be received first at the Pondok Gede Debarkation at an estimated 21.00 WIB," he said.

Then, continued Ade, after going through a series of transits and the inspection process, the pilgrims were then handed over to the local Ministry of Religion Office for repatriation to their respective regions.

"While arriving in Tangerang Regency, it is estimated at 24.00 or 00.00 WIB," he said.

He also hopes that pilgrims from Tangerang Regency who have completed a series of worship in the Holy Land will receive the title of Mabrur Hajj.

Previously, the first batch of pilgrims departed for the country from July 15, 2022 to July 30, 2022. Meanwhile, the return of the second batch of pilgrims departed from July 30 to August 13, 2022.

In the first batch of returning pilgrims, there were 7 (seven) groups of 4 (four) debarkations, namely: Jakarta – Pondok Gede (780 hajj, 2 groups); Jakarta – Bekasi (818 hajj, 2 groups); Solo (714 hajj, 2 groups); and Padang (393 hajj, 1 group).
