According to Kombes Pasma, ironically the three perpetrators who were arrested were women with the initials YA (52), II (45) and NH (46).

Head of the Narcotics Satres, AKBP Akmal, said the three women had been secured at a hotel in the Kebon Kacang area, Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta, Wednesday, July 6.

They are international network couriers from Malaysia to Jakarta via Pekanbaru.

"From the results of the delivery of 9 large packages of methamphetamine, the suspects were promised a wage of Rp. 20 million per kilogram of shabu. Later, the money will be divided into three and the wages will be used for daily living expenses and paying off debts," he said.

Furthermore, Kombes Pasma said that in the last 10 months the suspects admitted that they had brought packages of methamphetamine into Jakarta 3 times with varying amounts, namely 4 kg, 15 kg and the last 9 kg.

From the results of the investigation, it was found that the narcotic evidence of the methamphetamine type belonged to SN (DPO) which was given through his messenger, usually called AK (DPO).

The perpetrators were charged with Article 114 Paragraph (2) Sub-Article 112 Paragraph (2) in conjunction with Article 132 Paragraph (1) of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics with the threat of death penalty, life imprisonment or imprisonment for a maximum of 20 years. twenty years.
