Two Garbage Trucks From The DKI Ringsek LH Service Due To Being Accompanied By Bocil, Fortunately No Victims

JAKARTA - Two garbage trucks belonging to the DKI Jakarta Environment Agency were damaged by avoiding the actions of children who tried to deal with them.

This incident occurred when two garbage trucks passed through the Cipendawa area to go to the Bantargebang Integrated Waste Disposal Site (TPST), Bekasi on Thursday, July 7 at night.

When two trucks from West Jakarta and South Jakarta were traveling at a close distance, suddenly a group of children took the vehicle to create content that was going viral on social media.

The garbage truck driver from South Jakarta who was in front pulling the brakes because some of the children were right in front of the vehicle.

No doubt, the garbage truck from West Jakarta behind him tried to take the left lane. But unfortunately, this truck could not avoid the truck in front of it so it hit the back of the truck from South Jakarta. This was confirmed by the Public Relations of the DKI DH Office, Yogi Ikhwan.

"The truck in front of South Jakarta was hit by a truck behind it from West Jakarta. The West Jakarta truck was badly damaged," Yogi said in a short message, Friday, July 8.

Fortunately, said Yogi, both the two drivers and children survived and there were no casualties as a result of this incident.

"There were no victims, only damage to the fleet," said Yogi.

The two truck engines, continued Yogi, could still operate and had time to deliver garbage to Bantargebang. Currently, the DKI LH Service has coordinated with the local police chief and Danramil to resolve the issue.

"We ask for his permission to help coordinate with colleagues in the East Bekasi area so that similar incidents do not happen again," he said.
