SABANG - The City of Sabang Government through the Office of Islamic Shari'a and Dayah Education again held a mobile takbir parade on the night of the celebration of Eid al-Adha 1443 Hijriah, as the COVID-19 pandemic subsided.

Plt. The Head of the Islamic Syariat and Dayah Education Office of Sabang City, Salahuddin, said that this takbiran was held to revive the symbols of Islam and echo the takbir after two years of not being carried out due to the pandemic.

"We also understand the request from the community. Thank God, this time we can carry it out after getting recommendations and approval from related parties," said Salahuddin in Sabang City, Antara, Tuesday, July 5.

He explained that his party was collaborating with the Islamic Holidays Committee (PHBI) to organize the Musabaqah Parade for the Takbir Eid 1443 Hijriah throughout the city of Sabang.

Of course, he said, this momentum became very important for Muslims in celebrating Eid al-Adha, after two years of being confined to a pandemic.

"So every village can send participants according to the requirements that have been posted," said Salahuddin.

In addition, the Head of the Da'wah and Worship Division of the Sabang City Syariat Silam Service, Bustamam said that his party had opened registration for 40 groups. Each gampong can send two groups and must meet certain requirements.

Each group consists of 10 people and the vehicles used are pickups, pickups and the like.

"Then the car is welcome to use a sound system and is equipped with decorative lights and creatively decorated," he said.

This takbiran will be assessed, starting from tajwid, fashahah, voice, song and rhythm, etiquette and uniformity of clothing, participant cohesiveness, as well as decoration and lighting of vehicle lights.
