JAKARTA - Even though the Governor of DKI Jakarta Anies Baswedan provides a free service for changing documents due to the change of street names, the residents of Jalan Budaya continue to refuse. Residents still maintain the name Jalan Budaya which has been attached to their personal documents.

This time, the residents changed the sign of Jalan Entong Gendut with the name Jalan Budaya, according to the previous name.

From observations at the location, the sign of Jalan Entong Gending was closed to the name Jalan Budaya on Monday, July 4.

Seen, the sign of Jalan Entong Gendut is covered with green paper that reads "Jalan Budaya". They changed the name of the customer to Jalan Entong Gendut, which is near Jalan Raya Condet.

Ica (30), a local resident, admitted that he did not know who closed the name of Jalan Entong Fat.

"There are two people who have changed, gentlemen. I don't know which resident it is," Ica told reporters at the location, Monday, July 4.

According to Ica, the name for Jalan Entong Gendut has been changed since Thursday, June 30, at around 21.00 WIB. On the same day, a mobile service car from the Population and Civil Registration Sub-Department opened a ball pick-up system service to residential areas affected by the change in name of Jalan Budaya to Jalan Entong Gendut.

"Dukcapil came in the afternoon, there were also banners of rejection. I saw when I was going to Batu Ampar, that night he put the name Jalan Budaya on the rainbow," said Ica.

Ica said, the sign with the name Jalan Entong Gendut was lined with green paper that reads "Jalan Budaya" and then taped it with duct tape.

Meanwhile, the name for Jalan Entong Gendut, which is located at the intersection between Jalan Batu Ampar 1 and 3, remains the same. Only the sign of Jalan Entong Gendut, which is near Jalan Raya Condet, has been replaced.
