Bhayangkara Day 2022, Mahfud MD Hopes The Police To Be More Professional And Loved By The Community

JAKARTA - Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs (Menkopolhukam) Mahfud MD hopes that the National Police will be more professional in their work and will be loved by the public.

This was conveyed by Mahfud on the momentum of the commemoration of the 76th anniversary of the National Police or Bhayangkara Day which falls today, Friday, July 1.

"I am Mahfud MD, Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, with great joy and gratitude, wishing you a happy 76th Bhayangkara Day to the big family of the Indonesian National Police or the National Police. Hopefully the Police will be more professional and loved by the community," said Mahfud, quoted from the Coordinating Ministry's YouTube channel. Polhukam RI, Friday July 1st.

In facing various challenges ahead, Mahfud also hopes that the National Police can always implement, socialize, and internalize their vision, namely Predictiveness, Responsibility and Transparency with Justice (Precision).

On Bhayangkara Day 2022, National Police Chief Gen. Pol. Listyo Sigit Prabowo also advised all his staff to continue to work sincerely to provide the best service to the community. Thus, he said, the police institution is increasingly loved by the community.

"I advise all members of the Police wherever they are on duty. Stay enthusiastic and sincere in providing the best service so that the Police are closer and loved by the community," said Sigit, quoted by uploading a video of Bhayangkara's 76th Anniversary on his official Instagram account @listyosigitprabowo.

In commemoration of the 76th Anniversary of Bhayangkara this year, the National Police raised the theme "Precise Police Support National Economic Recovery and Structural Reforms to Realize Resilient Indonesia, Growing Indonesia".
