JAKARTA - Jalan Bambu Apus Raya has changed its name to Jalan Mpok Nori. Due to the name change that was initiated by the Governor of DKI Jakarta, Anies Baswedan, some time ago, residents are having trouble taking care of personal documents for changing addresses.

As seen on Jalan Mpok Nori (before Jalan Bampu Apus), Wednesday, June 29, noon, hundreds of residents brought their personal documents to collect data on addresses that had changed.

Residents visited the Jami Al Hikmah Hidayah Mosque area, Jalan Raya Setu, Cipayung, East Jakarta, since 09.00 WIB.

At that location, the East Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Sub-Department (Dukcapil) serves the management of document addresses for affected residents.

"Coincidentally, this time we are serving residents of Setu Village, and residents of Bambu Apus Village, which used to be called Bambu Apus Raya Street, and now we are serving Mpok Nori Street," said Head of East Jakarta Dukcapil Sub-dept., Noufan, to reporters, Wednesday, June 29.

Furthermore, Noufan said, residents who want to take care of changing the address of the document simply bring the original old ID card and a photocopy of the family card, free of charge or free.

"We serve street name changes on ID cards and family cards, also serve if there are residents who need birth certificates, death certificates, divorce certificates, certificates of arrival. We also serve if there are residents who come to apply for children's identity cards," he said.

Not only picking up the ball, Noufan added that document management services for residents affected by street name changes can also be carried out at the village and sub-district levels in the East Jakarta area.

"Today simultaneously in five urban areas. For East Jakarta, this is the new location. But we still serve residents in 65 urban villages and 10 sub-districts. We serve with various kinds, there is a ball pick-up (system) coming to the village," he said.

In addition, residents can also manage documents online through the Betawi Fast and Accurate Document Service (Avocados) Direct Access application.
