BOGOR - The Department of Housing, Settlement and Land Areas (DPKPP) of Bogor Regency noted that the budget needed to relocate and rehabilitate houses for victims of landslides and flash floods in Pamijahan and Leuwiliang sub-districts is around Rp. 4.2 billion.

Implementing task (Plt) Bogor Regent Iwan Setiawan said the rehabilitation and relocation assistance would be distributed in the form of cash to disaster victims.

According to him, based on estimates from DPKPP, the budget for handling in Leuwiliang is Rp. 811.5 million. The details are Rp470 million for the rehabilitation of 15 heavily damaged houses, Rp222 million for the rehabilitation of 28 moderately damaged houses, and Rp119.5 million for the rehabilitation of 55 lightly damaged houses.

Furthermore, the handling in Cibunian Village, Pamijahan, was worth Rp. 3,439 billion, with details of Rp. 530 million for the rehabilitation of 35 houses that were heavily to lightly damaged, and Rp. 2.79 for the independent relocation of 47 housing units.

The handling in Gunung Picung Village, Pamijahan is worth Rp. 150 million, with details of Rp. 60.5 million for the rehabilitation of five heavily damaged houses, and Rp. 90 million for the rehabilitation of 65 units of moderately damaged houses.

Iwan said, in addition to preparing a number of aids for disaster victims, the Bogor Regency Government also immediately repaired infrastructure such as bridges and road access that were cut off due to flash floods and landslides.
