Communicologist Effendi Gazali Reads Prabowo's Opportunities In The 2014 Presidential Election: The Trend Of Votes Declining

JAKARTA - Jember State University communicator Mohammad Iqbal made a surprising statement regarding potential candidates who are predicted to run in the 2024 presidential election. According to him, Prabowo Subianto is more suitable to be a king maker, although in some surveys his electability is quite promising.

"As a King Maker, he has been very successful. Jokowi being able to become president cannot be separated from his cold hands, joining Jokowi to become the Governor of Jakarta. Also Anies Baswedan who has the potential to become president. This also cannot be separated from Prabowo's cold hands," he explained in an electronic message received journalists, Monday, June 27.

Meanwhile, according to Salemba School communicator Effendi Gazali, if you look at the 2019 presidential election, Prabowo's percentage of votes cannot be separated from the influence of Sandiaga Uno as a vice presidential candidate.

"What percentage of the numbers did Prabowo-Sandi get in the 2019 presidential election? Of course, it's both numbers, and there are also respective numbers. But why is it now going down? The biggest possibility is because they are considered to have left their constituents, although of course there could also be the possibility of additional fans. Hasrullah, a communicator at Hasanuddin University, also agreed that Prabowo should become the King Maker. He suggested, "When playing the role of King Maker, hopefully Prabowo will consider candidates from the Eastern Indonesia Region. It is already a captive-market to get voters."
