JAKARTA - The DKI Jakarta Transportation Service has prepared nine parking bags on the peak night of DKI Jakarta's 495th Anniversary in the vicinity of the Jakarta International Stadium (JIS) area.

The head of the DKI Jakarta Transportation Agency, Syafrin Liputo, appealed to the public to use public transportation.

"We urge people who already have tickets to watch the 495th Jakarta Celebration night event at JIS to use public transportation," said Syafrin, Saturday, June 25.

The nine parking pockets are at RSPI Soeroso each with a capacity of 50 cars and 150 motorbikes, Universitas 17 August motorbikes (200), and cars (80).

Then Graha YKI cars (20) motorbikes (50), D'arcici cars (50) and motorbikes (100), Ruko Sunter Nirwana cars (50), motorbikes (150).

The parking office above will be served by a shuttle bus to JIS with the Sunter Permai-JIS route.

Furthermore, in Ancol only for cars with a capacity of 1,000 units, ITF for cars (151) and motorcycles (706), ex-BMW cars (200) and motorcycles (300), Rukan Nusantara which is across from BMW Park, namely for cars (50) and motors (100).

The parking office is served by a shuttle bus for the Ancol-JIS route.

Meanwhile, DKI has prepared 100 units of free buses at 12 pick-up locations at 13.00 - 24.00 WIB and will only stop at the destination point (JIS), not stopping in the middle of the journey like the existing route.

The 12 pick-up points are: 1. Entrance to Blok M terminal/next to Martha Tiahahu Park;2. Pulogadung Terminal;3. Rawamangun Terminal; 4. Kampung Rambutan Terminal;5. Kalideres Terminal;6. Grogol Terminal;7. Tanjung Priok Terminal; 8. Angke Terminal;9. Next to Pondok Pinang bus stop, Lebak Bulus; 10. Manggarai Station entrance; 11. In front of the Dukuh Atas Transjakarta bus stop; 12. Tanah Abang integration stop.

In addition, the public can still use the regular TransJakarta bus service to JIS for a fee on existing routes to JIS.

The regular routes are Monday-Tanjung Priok, Harmoni-JIS, and Senen-JIS.
