"Moreover, at this time there have been many community parties, mass organizations, etc. who have reported to the police, and if later it is proven that there was an element of intent and it is proven that there was negligence and error as stipulated in the criminal law and the ITE Law, then I ask the relevant parties to revoke the business license from The Holywings," said Ali Lubis.

Make Muhammad-Maria alcohol noise, 6 people become suspects

The South Jakarta Metro Police have named 6 Holywings employees as suspects in cases of violating the ITE Law. They were found guilty after initiating, creating and distributing e-Flyers containing promos for free alcoholic beverages for owners of the names Muhammad and Maria on social media.
