After Meeting Surya Paloh, It's Prabowo's House In Kertanegara, Which AHY Will Be Visiting Tonight

JAKARTA - Chairman of the Democratic Party Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) plans to come to the house of the General Chairperson of the Gerindra Party, Prabowo Subianto, Friday, June 24, for a gathering.

"That's right, that's the plan. The plan is at 19.00 WIB," said the Coordinator of the Spokesperson for the Democratic DPP, Herzaky Mahendra Putra in a written statement to reporters, Friday, June 24.

Herzaky said the meeting would be held at Prabowo's house, Jalan Kertanegara, Jakarta. However, it has not been specified whether the meeting will be discussed.

However, Herzaky emphasized that the gathering had been planned for a long time by AHY.

"This is a gathering that has been planned for a long time since the Chairman of AHY conducted a 360-degree relationship," he said.

It was previously reported that AHY had held several meetings with a number of political parties including the NasDem Party on Thursday, June 23. He and Surya Paloh even compliment each other.

"Today again, the NasDem Party DPP received an honorary visit from Mas Agus in his capacity as the General Chair of the Democratic Party DPP with an atmosphere of kinship, full of jokes, as well as exchanging ideas together on current issues," said Surya at a press conference in Jakarta. "Mas Agus' visit certainly strengthens the relationship communication that has been fostered so far. This is our mutual desire to get closer to the existing friendly relationship," continued Surya.

On the same occasion, Agus also said that he visited the NasDem headquarters to discuss as an old friend. Even the friendship between NasDem and Democrats has existed since Surya Paloh helped Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY) become the 5th President of the Republic of Indonesia.

"This is our third visit to this Nasdem tower, and every time we visit we discuss various things. What is clear is that we want to always be present to build the same spirit as friends," explained Agus.

Surya Paloh for Agus, is not new to the Democratic Party and his family. The chemistry between NasDem and Democrats that has been built for a long time can strengthen the struggle going forward.

"He has a lot of chemistry, he feels very close to the hearts and extended family of the Democratic Party, and vice versa. This means that this joint struggle has not only been for one year and two years, but even in 2004, when there was a direct presidential election by the people, he was also with him. same struggle with Mr. SBY," said Agus.
