JAKARTA - The West Sulawesi Regional Police exhibited various equipment used by its personnel to safeguard public security and order (kamtibmas).

The Head of Public Relations of the West Sulawesi Regional Police, Police Commissioner Syamsu Ridwan, in Mamuju, said that the security equipment exhibition was held to commemorate the 76th Anniversary of Bhayangkara.

At the beginning of the opening, hundreds of people seemed very enthusiastic about visiting the West Sulawesi Police security equipment exhibition which was first held in the area.

"This is one of the steps taken by the West Sulawesi Regional Police to make people love the police more, be closer to the police, and know what the police's duties are in maintaining security, especially in West Sulawesi," said Syamsu Ridwan.

The police exhibition in the context of Bhayangkara's 76th Anniversary will be closed with a leisurely walk, happy bicycles, and aerobics by preparing various attractive prizes.

"Closing it on Sunday (19/6), we prepared prizes in the form of four motorbikes and hundreds of other attractive prizes which will be drawn by a series of Lively Bhayangkara activities in the form of relaxing bicycles, Santa walks, and gymnastics," explained Syamsu Ridwan.
