Talking About The Arrest Of The Minister Of Education For The Khilafatul Muslimin, Polda Metro: There Are Nearly 30 Khilafah Affiliated Schools

JAKARTA - Polda Metro Jaya said it received data on the spread of ideology by the Khilafatul Muslimin group. It is noted that almost 30 schools that are already affiliated understand this group.

"Then we also got data that there are almost 30 schools that are affiliated with the caliphate teachings," said Head of Public Relations of the Polda Metro Jaya Kombes E. Zulpan to reporters, Monday, June 13.

The data on the spread of the caliphate ideology was the result of the development of the US arrest of the so-called Khilafatul Muslimin education minister.

In addition, from the temporary investigation, continued Zulpan, the US is also responsible for the spread of the caliphate ideology

"Which one is doing this or the person in charge of the Khilafatul Muslimin mass organization is the US suspect who we arrested in Mojokerto," he said.

However, when further discussed about schools exposed to the concept of the caliphate, Zulpan refused to comment. He reasoned that until now it is still in the process of deepening and developing.

"Yes, it can't be conveyed later. But as a start, it means that the results of the examination carried out are the basis for investigators to also arrest the suspect," said Zulpan.

AS was arrested in the Mojokerto area, on Monday, June 13, early in the morning or at 00.30 WIB.

From the interim examination, the US is said to be acting as the minister of education in the Khilafatul Muslimin. Later, he also participated in spreading or indoctrinating the ideology of the caliphate.

With this arrest, a total of 6 people have been arrested by the Polda Metro Jaya regarding Khilafatul Muslimin.

First, Abdul Qadir Hasan Baraja as the supreme leader of the Muslim Khilafatul. He was arrested in Bandar Lampung.

Later, four more people were arrested. They had the initials AA, IN, F, and SW who were called important figures in the Khilafatul Muslimin group.
