Hugs And Caresses Eril's Body While Being Bathed, Ridwan Kamil: His Body Is Intact And Smells Good Of Eucalyptus Leaves

JAKARTA - West Java Governor Ridwan Kamil washed the body of Emmeril Kahn Mumtadz alias Eril. He testified that his son, who had been drifting for 14 days in the Aare River, Bern, Switzerland, smelled like eucalyptus leaves.

Ridwan Kamil bathes his 22-year-old son like a corpse to be buried. He is grateful for the opportunity to run it according to Islamic law.

"Alhamdulillah, O Allah. Finally you gave me the opportunity to hug, caress and bathe my child according to Islamic law," said Ridwan Kamil in his Instagram account, @ridwankamil, Friday 10 June.

The man who is familiarly called Kang Emil also prays the body of his son in his right ear as a sign of entering prayer time. Ridwan Kamil's memories were also fixed when Eril was born, a similar moment when he prayed for his baby.

"Also the adhan perfectly in his ears, just like when Eril was born," he said.

Ridwan Kamil also revealed that after two days of his body being lifted to the ground from 14 days of searching the river, Eril's body was still intact and smelled good. Like a miracle, Ridwan Kamil is grateful for what he has experienced.

"And MASYA ALLAH. Even though 14 days have passed, his body is still intact, not missing anything, a neat face looking to the right and I testify, Eril's body smells like eucalyptus leaves. It's a small miracle for which we are very grateful," said Ridwan Kamil.

Ridwan Kamil once again expressed his gratitude to God Almighty for being able to bathe Eril's body before being taken to Indonesia for burial.

"God is great, with your permission, for 14 days the Aare river really protected and purified his body from harm," said Ridwan Kamil.

Finally, the former mayor of Bandung also expressed his gratitude to the Indonesian people who accompanied the search for Eril until he was found with prayers.

"Hi Eril, it's time for you to return to your homeland, to say thank you to the millions who prayed for you," he concluded.
