PASER - Paser Police Chief AKBP Kade Budiyarta inaugurated a strong anti-drug village in Tepian Batang Village, Tanah Grogot District, East Kalimantan. in Tanah Grogot, Wednesday, June 8th. At the inauguration, the Deputy Regent of Paser Hj. Syarifah Masitah Assegaf was present with elements of the Regional Leadership Coordination Forum (Forkopimda), village officials and local community leaders. Tepian Batang Village was the first village to be established as an anti-drug responsibility village by the Paser Police. The Paser Police Chief explained that his party already has data on villages exposed to drug abuse. "From that data, we will then form a strong anti-drug village in other villages," he said, quoted by Antara. This is evident from the community's declaration to eradicate drug abuse in the village. "This is the community's initial capital to prevent drug trafficking in their village," he said.

Meanwhile, Deputy Regent Paser Hj Syarifah Masitah Assegaf appreciated the formation of a strong anti-drug village. "This is in line with BNK's program, namely Shining Village, a drug-free village," said Masitah.
