SURABAYA - The DPW of the East Java National Mandate Party emphasized that its territory is ready to be used as the basis of the United Indonesia Coalition (KIB) along with two other political parties, namely Golkar and the United Development Party (PPP).

"We in East Java continue to finalize ideas for operational work, what will it be in the field. This is of course a commitment to grounding the coalition's work in the regions," said Chairman of the East Java PAN DPW Ahmad Rizki Sadig in a press release quoted by Antara, Monday, June 6.

On Saturday, June 4, at Senayan Jakarta, the members of the DPP Golkar, PAN and PPP met at the National Gathering.

Also present were the chairmen of the East Java Province who were members of the KIB who also met each other.

The Chairperson of the East Java PAN DPW Ahmad Rizki Sadig, the Golkar Party DPD I Chairperson M Sarmuji and the East Java PPP DPW Chairperson Nyai Munjidah Wahab.

Rizki Sadig said that his party will immediately carry out political work to fill various public spaces.

"At the provincial level, one of the coalition's work can also be in the form of carrying candidates in the upcoming Pilkada. We will also conduct screening throughout the structure of each party related to the aspirations of the national leadership," he said.

The member of Commission I of the DPR also explained that the synergy between the leaders of the Golkar Party, PPP, and PAN could be built up to the lowest level.

According to him, if political work at lower levels can be trained at any time, it will become an extraordinary trend.

"Of course there will be a flow of political work which can then be carried out spontaneously in the field without being designed," he said.

The legislator from the East Java VI constituency added that Golkar, PPP, and PAN had the idea of building a coalition not only to think about politics or short-term power.

But, he said, how to present a democratic order that is more elegant, more polite and accepted by the community.

"So that it does not trigger a continuous division in the political process in Indonesia in the future," said the former Chairperson of the PAN Youth Front.
