Head of Criminal Investigation Unit for East Jakarta Metro Police AKBP Ahsanul Muqaffi stated that the suspect MS had been officially detained for his actions.

Previously, MS was treated at Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital (RSCM). Then MS was finally transferred to the Kramat Jati Police Hospital for further treatment and examination.

"The perpetrator is now referred to the Police Hospital, previously treated at the RSCM. Now he has been treated at the Police Hospital," he said.

Although still undergoing treatment, MS has been named a suspect and has been detained by the East Jakarta Metro Police Criminal Investigation Unit.

"We have secured it, we have examined it. After the arrest, we will make the arrest. We will take him to the hospital," he said.

As a result of her actions, MS, the young woman was charged with Article 306 and or 308 of the Criminal Code, as well as Article 80 paragraph 2 and paragraph 4 related to child protection.
