In addition to reporting to officers, he continued, passengers can also contact the KAI Commuter call center which is available 24 hours a day.

"Users can also directly contact the 24-hour Contact Center service 021-121," he said.

According to Anne, after receiving reports from KRL users through the call center, her staff immediately coordinated with officers in the field to follow up on the report.
