After Going Viral, The Exhibitionist On The KRL Train On The Jatinegara - Pasar Senen Route Was Successfully Arrested

JAKARTA - Vice President (VP) Corporate Secretary of KAI Commuter, Anne Purba spoke about the immoral acts that occurred on the electric train (KRL) Route Jatinegara - Pasar Senen.

Anne said that her party had managed to catch the perpetrator based on the reported traits and screenshots of social media.

"The perpetrators were asked for information and further processing," said Anne in her statement, Thursday, June 2.

Anne further said that the incident was carried out by the perpetrators on the KRL trip across Jatinegara - Pasar Senen, Wednesday, June 1 yesterday.

Anne appealed to KRL users, if they again found immoral acts on the KRL, immediately report it to the officers available on the KRL.

"Immediately report to the officers inside the KRL or at the station area if you see any actions that violate legal norms or religious norms," he said.

In addition to reporting to officers, he continued, passengers can also contact the KAI Commuter call center which is available 24 hours a day.

"Users can also directly contact the 24-hour Contact Center service 021-121," he said.

According to Anne, after receiving reports from KRL users through the call center, her staff immediately coordinated with officers in the field to follow up on the report.

Previously, a video of an exhibitionist action carried out by a man on an electric rail train (KRL) on the Jatinegara - Pasar Senen route, caused a stir on social media.

The video footage of the exhibitionist action went viral on Twitter social media. The incident occurred on Wednesday, June 1, yesterday.
