Fahri Fadilah's Acknowledgment Of Failing To Select A Non-commissioned Officer 3 Times Confirms That The Police Do Not Follow The Blacklist System

JAKARTA - Polda Metro Jaya said that in the selection process for NCO recruitment, they did not follow the blacklist pattern. So, everyone can register and follow the process over and over again.

This is the reason why Fahri Fadilah Nur Rizki (21) was recorded three times in a row following the selection process. However, all of them failed.

"So it's not immediately blacklisted, but still given the opportunity to test and the results will be presented again," said Head of Public Relations of the Polda Metro Jaya Kombes E. Zulpan to reporters, Tuesday, May 31.

By not using the blacklist pattern, all parties who fail to get to a certain stage can try again in the following year. This is because the selection of police recruits is very open to anyone.

"So if he fails the first test, for example he loses in academics, then he wants to register again, even though we have the data, he is not disqualified because the test results will be seen later," he said.

In fact, the issue of Fahri Fadilah Nur Rizki, who failed repeatedly in the selection process for the National Police officer recruitment, is not the first time this has occurred.

Zulpan said the failure of participants could occur at the supervision stage. Where, at this stage a re-examination is carried out.

For example, participants are declared to have passed the administrative examination process (rikmin), both in terms of height and others. However, when the supervision process turned out to be high, the participants were deemed ineligible.

"This is not the first time in supervision that something like this has happened. During the supervision, it turned out that the height did not meet the standards and other things were found like that," said Zulpan.

Fahri Fadilah Nur Rizki (21) suddenly went viral on social media because of his confession. He stated that there were irregularities in the admission of NCO students at Polda Metro Jaya. The oddity was because his name was suddenly changed to another participant.

The young man's confession was uploaded by the NasDem politician's Instagram account @hillarybrigitta.

In the videotape, Fahri said he had been thwarted even though he had already passed. He was ranked 35th out of 1,200 potential NCO students.

Fahri's name was replaced by another prospective student who had previously been declared unsuccessful or failed.

Responding to the viral video, Zulpan stated that the reason the young man did not qualify was because he did not meet the requirements. One of them is due to partial color blindness.

"The person concerned in the selection of the NCO candidate was declared ineligible or TMS at the health examination stage with a diagnosis of partial color blindness," said Zulpan.
