Public Relations of the DKI Environment Agency, Yogi Ikhwan, said that AR was fined for violating Article 130 paragraph 1b of DKI Regional Regulation Number 3 of 2013 concerning waste management and causing air pollution.

Any person who intentionally or is proven to be dredging or scavenging waste at a TPS resulting in scattered waste, throwing garbage outside the designated disposal site/location, is subject to forced money of a maximum of Rp. 500 thousand.
