Police Receive 3 Reports Of Alleged Abuse Of Benny K Harman Against Restaurant Employees In Labuan Bajo

NTT - The police received three reports of alleged mistreatment of employees of the Mai Ceng'go Restaurant in Labuan Bajo, West Manggarai, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT). The reported party is a member of the DPR Democratic Faction, Benny K Harman (BKH) and his wife.

"We received three reports, one case was reported by Mai Ceng'go employee and two cases by Mr. BKH's wife," said Head of Criminal Investigation at the West Manggarai Police AKP Ridwan at a press conference on the disclosure of the criminal case of the West Manggarai Police, which was followed by Mbay, quoted as saying from Antara, Friday 21 May.

The two reports that have been received by the West Manggarai Police are reports of unpleasant acts received by Benny K Harman and his family and acts of spreading false news.

Ridwan said that his party had examined two witnesses plus a reporting witness for reports of unpleasant acts.

As for the report on the case of spreading false news, the police have just investigated Benny K Harman's wife. Furthermore, regarding the report on the abuse case reported by Mai Ceng'go's employee, the police just examined the reporting witness, namely Ricardo Cundawan. The BKH examination is scheduled for today, Friday, May 21.

In addition to the report, Ridwan said the police had collected a number of evidences including the post-mortem results of victims of abuse. On the three reports, the police will conduct a case in the near future.

Previously, the alleged abuse incident by Benny K Harman against a restaurant employee in Labuan Bajo went viral following the CCTV footage that was widely circulated.

In the video that spread, Benny allegedly slapped an employee who was standing. The incident occurred when BKH and his family were eating at the restaurant and were asked to move from the seats they had occupied with the reason that the place had been booked by someone else.
