JAKARTA - After the student stabbing incident on Jalan Industri Kemayoran, Central Jakarta, student brawls that claimed lives also occurred on Jalan Otista 3, Cipinang Cempedak Village, Jatinegara District, East Jakarta. This event occurred in close proximity to the previous event.

Sulastri found out that her son had become a victim of a brawl after receiving information from his son's friend who had taken him to the hospital first.

"So at first I just heard a scream, his friend told me to take the motorbike here, position in front of my house. There was a scream, 'please take my motorbike there'. I was surprised to wake up immediately (sleep)," he said.

After Sulastri woke up, she immediately checked into the location of the incident, which was near the Otista market.

"I said, O Allah, whose child is this, why is there so much blood, there is so much blood in the (alley) when you want to enter. Then market people say, Fajar's (victim) face is still the face," he said.

Not long after, there was a call from the hospital to the victim's mother explaining that the victim's condition was beyond help.

"I went to the hospital at around 02.30 WIB. I came to the hospital, my child was dead," said Sulastri.

Until now, the victim's family has not received any information about the arrest of the perpetrators who killed their child from the police.

"There has been no call from the police, the report has been made," he said.
