PEKANBARU - The Committee for Computer-Based Writing Examination-Joint Selection for State University Entrance (UTBK-SBMPTN) 2022 University of Riau reminded the participants of the second batch of exams not to be late to the test location as happened during the first batch on 17-23 May.

The second batch of UTBK-SBMPTN 2022 will be held from May 28 to June 3, 2022.

"We hope that it will run smoothly and the attendance rate of the participants will also remain high. The prospective students remain enthusiastic, and the exam can take place smoothly following the health protocols set," said Nur who is also Deputy Chancellor for Academic Affairs at the University of Riau.

UTBK-SBMPTN is the main requirement to take part in the Joint Selection for State Higher Education (SBMPTN) which is carried out by the Higher Education Entrance Test Institute (LTMPT).

"We are grateful and appreciate the work of the UTBK-SBMPTN implementation team at the University of Riau because the implementation can go well. The committee has certainly worked hard to provide the best service for prospective students and ensure the health and safety of the participants," he said.

According to him, the high enthusiasm of prospective students in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, which has begun to subside, did not dampen the enthusiasm to find the best universities by taking exams at a predetermined place.

From the recapitulation data compiled by the committee, out of a total of 10,078 participants, 91 percent of the participants attended the UTBK-SBMPTN Wave I exam.
