JAKARTA - The feud of the Pajero driver, William Yani, and the Yaris driver, Yohanes Aditya Sutanto, which had gone viral on social media ended. Both agreed to resolve the issue peacefully.

However, behind the peace there is a long process. Starting from police reports to netizens' doxing actions.

Pajero Driver Arrogance

The feud between the two drivers began when Yohanes was driving around the Tomang Toll Gate (GT), West Jakarta, on Sunday, May 22.

At that time, he was waiting in line at the toll booth. Suddenly a Pajero car overtook the line.

Yohanes was angry and in short he reprimanded the Pajero driver. The rider was none other than William.

However, at that time William did not accept being reprimanded. So, he got out of his car and approached Yohanes.

Until finally, the debate between the two ensued. In fact, the tension of the debate seems to be very high. William indeed the collar of John's shirt as if a scuffle was about to occur.

Not long after that William decided to leave John. In fact, he had previously slapped John.

Report Police

John, who did not accept this treatment, decided to take the matter to court. He also reported William to the Polda Metro Jaya

The Head of Public Relations of the Polda Metro Jaya Kombes E. Zulpan also confirmed the report from Yohanes. The report has been registered with the number LP/B/2478/V/2022/SPKT/Polda Metro Jaya dated May 22, 2022.

"In the case of the Pajero car, the victim has submitted a report to the Metro Police," said Head of Public Relations of the Polda Metro Jaya Kombes E. Zulpan to reporters, Monday, May 23.

In that report, William was suspected of committing the persecution as regulated in Article 352 of the Criminal Code.

However, shortly after the police gave a statement regarding the report, Wiliam Yani and Yohanes Aditya Sutanto made peace. In fact, the case of abuse that had been reported to the Polda Metro Jaya was officially withdrawn.

"We have resolved all the problems amicably and have recovered," said Yohanes.

A peace agreement between the two parties after the Polda Metro Jaya brought them together. William as the reported person apologized for his arrogant actions at the Tomang Toll Gate (GT).

After agreeing to make peace, Yohanes, who had reported on the light persecution, decided to withdraw his report. So, the problem between the two is officially over.

"We have withdrawn the report," said Yohanes.

On the same occasion, William mentions the feud with John simply because of a misunderstanding. For this reason, the peace step was carried out as a form of settlement.

"Misunderstood, no malicious intent or anything," William said.

Doxing Netizens

In addition to stating that there was peace, William Yani also admitted that he had been a victim of doxing from netizens in the aftermath of the viral feud. The accepted forms of doxing range from insults to personal information being traced.

"A lot of (doxing from netizens, ed), yesterday from the beginning of the viral start I was chased all out, until I was told," said William

Not only insults, netizens also had time to pry into their personal information. In fact, to the point of leading to his family.

That, William said, really bothered him. The reason, of course, is targeting the people closest to him.

"The family was searched for by netizens, then the family was also looking for what profession the parents were in, what field my company worked in," he said.

However, William decided not to respond to all comments from netizens directed at him. Because, he was asked to calm down by his lawyer so that the problem does not get longer.

"I told the attorney, he said let's just leave it alone, what can I do, I was also wrong, but I didn't think it would be digitized," said William.
