SERANG - Following up on the National Police Chief's Telegram Letter Number 395 dated May 11, 2022 regarding Emergency Directions for Handling Mouth and Nail Diseases (PMK) for Livestock, the Banten Police has coordinated with the Banten Province Livestock Service to prevent the entry of ruminant animals from FMD outbreak areas into the Banten area.

Banten Regional Police Chief Inspector General of Police Prof. Dr. Rudy Heriyanto has also instructed the police chiefs in the Banten area to immediately collect data and carry out direct checks on farms with related agencies.
