Undergoing Obligation To Report Pornography Cases, Dea OnlyFans Suddenly Claims To Be 23 Weeks Pregnant

JAKARTA - The suspect in the pornography case, Dea Ayu Dewanti alias Dea OnlyFans, suddenly said that she was pregnant or having two bodies.

This condition was conveyed by Dea's attorney, Abdillah Syarifudin when fulfilling the obligation to report pornography cases at the Metro Jaya Police.

"Mba Dea's condition is now pregnant," said Syarifudin to reporters, Tuesday, May 17.

His client's pregnancy, said Syarifudin, has entered the age of 23 weeks. In fact, even that condition has been conveyed to investigators. Thus, it is hoped that the process of handling pornography cases will run quickly, including the matter of detention.

"We convey it to the police, we also leave a message to the Prosecutor's Office later, hopefully they won't be detained at the Prosecutor's Office," he said.

Adding, Dea said her pregnancy made her psychological condition disturbed. In fact, the suspect in the pornography case admitted to having attempted suicide several times.

"Four times tried to commit suicide but I was not involved in the law," said Dea.

However, despite the burden he is carrying, Dea stated that he will continue to face the existing problems as a form of accountability for his actions.

"I have to take responsibility for this," said Dea.

Gusti Ayu Dewanti Dea OnlyFans has been named a suspect in the alleged pornography case. Despite being a suspect, investigators decided not to detain him.

So far, Dea only has to undergo mandatory reporting. This is because the request for a suspension of detention was granted by investigators.

In this case, Dea was charged with Article 27 paragraph 1 in conjunction with Article 45 paragraph 1 of Law No. 19 of 2016 regarding amendments to Law No. 11 of 2008 concerning the ITE Law.

Then, Article 4 paragraph 1 in conjunction with Article 29 and or Article 4 paragraph 2 in conjunction with Article 30 and/or Article 8 in conjunction with Article 34 and/or Article 9 in conjunction with Article 35 and/or Article 10 in conjunction with Article 36 of Law number 44 of 2008 regarding pornography.
